Zitro Elevator Company provides elevators and other accessibility products at wholesale prices. We make our products available anywhere in the United States.
SALES POLICY & PAYMENTS
Zitro Elevator offers the availability to pay for your new elevator or accessibility lift with credit card, check or cash. We do offer a cash discount on most cases. All sales are final, refunds will only be provided for the deposit amount within 10 days from execution of purchase agreement.
INSTALLATIONS
In most states a certified installer is needed to conduct the installation of your new elevator or accessibility lift. Yet, in some states there is no licensing made available to become a certified elevator installer or required to conduct the installation.
Safety is of paramount importance to Zitro Elevator and the manufacturers' it is an authorized dealer for, which is why we recommend that all installations of any accessibility lift product be conducted by a licensed and certified installation company either by the state or the manufacturer. Due that in some states there are no elevator specialty licensing made available as a customer of Zitro Elevator you will be presented with the option to have your new accessibility product installed by a certified installation company or you can elect to have your general contractor conduct the installation or you can do your own installation as an owner/builder.

CERTIFIED INSTALLATION COMPANY
The installation of your new accessibility product will be performed by one of our network installation companies. All of the installation companies Zitro Elevator refers are licensed, bonded and insured for the scope of the job, whether it be a residential or commercial project. The installation companies also offer labor warranty, preventive maintenance agreements and other services.
When you purchase an accessibility lift product from Zitro Elevator we will provide you with the option to select from our network of installation companies to conduct the installation.
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
In accordance with most State Contractors Licensing Boards you can hire your general contractor to conduct your residential installation of most accessibility products sold by Zitro Elevator, saving you time and money. It has been our experience that in most cases a general contractor is more than capable to conduct the installation of our most complex products. Our manufacturer's installation manuals and technical support combined provide an easy step by step guide throughout the process of the installation of most of our accessibility products. Please check your local building and contracting codes prior to hiring your general contractor or for more information please contact a Zitro Elevator Project Coordinator.
OWNER/BUILDER
If time is on your side and saving money is of the upmost importance, then installing your own residential elevator or other accessibility lift can be easily achieved with most of the accessibility products sold by Zitro Elevator. In accordance with most State Contractors Licensing Boards you as an owner / builder can install your own accessibility product, saving you thousand's of dollars. We recommend that you speak with a Zitro Elevator Project Coordinator and check local contracting and building codes prior to deciding to install your own accessibility product.
SHIPPING
Most units are shipped directly by carrier to the jobsite. Tailgate service is made available for an additional charge. Please note that some areas have truck/semi size restrictions. Please contact a Zitro Elevator Project Manager for more information regarding the shipment of your new Zitro product.
